Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can explore the app and set up your account before entering any payment info. You'll only be prompted when you're ready to activate a paid plan.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes — all plans support multiple properties. Starter is capped at 10 units total, Pro goes up to 50, and Unlimited removes the cap entirely.
How does rent collection work?
pptmanager tracks payments and notifies you and your tenants about due dates. Online rent collection via Stripe is on the roadmap and coming soon.
Can I invite a property manager?
Yes. You can add team members with a manager role. They get full access to properties, tenants, and maintenance — but can't change billing or account settings.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period, then moves to read-only mode.
